International — No Return Policy

No return policy for purchases out of the United States. Instead, we offer local resale support to help you sell your unit in your country.

Resale Support If requested, we can help connect you with other customers in your country—those who are ready to purchase our products or have already placed an order in our eStore—to see if they would prefer to buy the product locally from you instead. If a sale is made, we will transfer the 10-year parts warranty to the new owner.

We will not pass any contact information or initiate any connection without explicit consent from both you and the potential buyer.

Restocking Fee

For about 20,000 units sold and more than a thousand returns handled, we have had only about half a dozen cases we charged a restocking fee, and in each case the customers agreed the charges were fair and accepted them willingly.
